Cancelation Policy.
Please understand that when you miss or cancel your appointment without giving enough time notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to book an appointment. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card. Same-day cancellations, No-Shows, or rescheduling will result in a fee amounting to 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be considered a No-show and will be subjected to a fee of 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients with more than 2 same-day cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling will be required to give a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the cost of the service to book appointments.
